25th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster

This week is the 25th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster and our thoughts are with the victims and survivors. Last year we launched a ben linen line in collaboration with Helena Christensen where we donated money to the victims of every set sold. You can still find some of them in our stores.

This is Helena Christensen's words in the context of our design charity collaboration: ”I got involved with CCPI being introduced to Adi Roche, the founder, by Ali Hewson, a great friend. I have never before been as emotionally disturbed as when hearing the heartbreaking stories surrounding the aftermath from the Chernobyl disaster 20 years ago. The ongoing inhuman suffering is in need of the greatest attention, still today. Adi & Ali, and many many volunteers, have given their dedicated time and effort to the plight, and I myself felt the call to get involved to help raise fun. It is truly wonderful when big companies, such as Odd Molly, take responsibility and join in on the fight to help these innocent adults and children that suffer so deeply.”
